Delivery and Return Conditions

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days. After the products you purchase are approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed about the shipping process.

The delivery times of specially ordered products vary depending on the manufacturing time. The delivery information and times of such products will be specified on the product pages and will be sent to you by e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the subject and you will be informed about the date the product will be in stock first.

Return Conditions

You can make an exchange or return within 14 days following the day your order reaches you, together with the product’s invoice, within the framework of the criteria below.

The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, label, packaging, and standard accessories, if any. Products without packaging or damaged are not accepted for return. It is mandatory to send the delivery note and invoice together with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

Orders paid by credit card are returned to the credit card used to make the payment within 1-7 business days. If the payment is made with the installment option to the credit card, the product price will be divided into installments and returned to the credit card used to make the payment each month. In payments made by EFT/Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery, the refund is made within 1-7 business days via EFT/Bank Transfer by obtaining the account information registered in the customer’s name.
